Napoleon Bonaparte - Attack plan. This is drawing made in 1805 by an engineer for Napoleon to invade England with 140.000 soldiers by balloons, boats & a tunnel. The whole plan was canceled when Admiral Nelson brought the French fleet down at Trafalgar.
